Physiotherapy Clinic
Clinical Pilates
Clinical Pilates is an effective form of exercise that is used for the management of sports injuries, acute or chronic spinal syndromes, osteoporosis, arthritis, pelvic floor problems and pregnancy related musculoskeletal conditions.
At Physiotime we use the most recognised world-wide Clinical Pilates method that was founded from the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI) in 1999. Clinical Pilates method can be performed by anyone, regardless of age, gender or level of physical activity and aims to improve the way that the person moves and functions in his/her daily activities. Physiotime offers specialised 1-1 sessions using the reformer. The reformer is a half bed-like frame with a flat carriage on it, which rolls back and forth using springs for resistance. Clinical Pilates is also delivered in 1-1 or small group sessions using the traditional mat (maximum 3 people).
